General

Cogsworth's Studio operates in New Zealand. All transactions are governed by New Zealand law.

New Zealand Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits or replaces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If you are a consumer in New Zealand, your statutory rights apply regardless of these terms.

Products

Cogsworth's Studio sells digital download products. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour may occur depending on your display settings.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written content on this website are the property of Cogsworth's Studio. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the artwork in your home or private space. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

AI-Assisted Artwork

All artworks are created using AI-assisted tools as part of a modern creative process. The value lies not in how it was made, but in how it is experienced.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Because delivery begins at the point of purchase, digital downloads are not eligible for return or cancellation once the file has been made available.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.

If you are an EU consumer, this applies in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempts digital content from the right of withdrawal where delivery has begun with your prior express consent.
