Cogsworth's Studio sells digital download products only. No physical items are shipped.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your digital files. Delivery is immediate and electronic — there is nothing to wait for in the post.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@cogsworthstudio.co.nz and we will resolve it promptly.
