Return and Refund Policy

We sell a mix of made-to-order (print-on-demand) products and stocked items sold within New Zealand. Our returns policy differs depending on the product type, as outlined below.

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order) Items

Change of mind
Because these items are produced especially for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the CGA.

Stocked Items (New Zealand only)

Change of mind returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty items
Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
