Return and Refund Policy

We sell fine art prints produced to order, and digital download products. Our returns policy differs depending on the product type, as outlined below.

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Made-to-Order Print Items

Change of mind

Because these items are produced especially for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the CGA.

Digital Downloads (Backstory PDFs)

Digital products are delivered electronically at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.
